Job Summary
Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst responsible for detailed schedule, resource, work, and cost analysis across programs, developing and coordinating the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to meet program objectives with DCMA/EVMS compliance. Will interface with multiple teams and present to leadership, apply scheduling best practices (IPMR/DCMA 14-point, EVMS, SRA), conduct IBR/JSR audits, and support weekly status reporting. Roles located in Dulles, VA or Gilbert, AZ with 10% travel; requires MS Project 2016/Open Plan/PS3/Primavera P6 experience and ability to obtain/maintain a Top-Secret clearance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of professional experience in program/project planning and scheduling OR Master’s degree with 1+ years of professional experience OR Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years OR Master’s degree with 3+ years for Level 3
- Strong PC skills and proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with scheduling software (MS Project 2016, Open Plan, PS3, Primavera P6, Milestone Professional, Deltek and SSI Tools)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Top-Secret security clearance
- Demonstrated ability to prepare, develop, and coordinate Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and ensure schedule integration
- Familiarity with EVMS, SRA, and schedule health metrics
- Strong communication and presentation skills for leadership and cross-functional interfaces
- Ability to interface with multiple functional and supplier teams
- Willingness to travel (as indicated by 10% travel)
- Active or prior Top Secret clearance preferred
