Job Summary
Lead Architecture of Program Planning & Control frameworks including Work Breakdown Structures and Integrated Master Plans. Develop and baseline Resource Loaded Integrated Master Schedules for both Proposal and Post Award projects in accordance with DI-MGMT-81861. Support Earned Value Management and cost/schedule integration while maintaining resource tracking and forecasting processes. Conduct Critical Path Analysis, Schedule Risk Analysis, and DCMA 14 Point Analysis to ensure schedule health. Generate Integrated Program Management Reports and perform compliance audits across all acquisition phases. Requires US citizenship, MS Project or Open Plan expertise, and DoD contracting experience. Active security clearance preferred. Pass a skills assessment to be eligible.

- Proposal project experience
- Development contract experience
- Production contract experience
- Sustainment contract experience
- Client travel at least 25% of the time
- Ability to pass a skills assessment
