Job Summary

Manage program performance in a call center environment by analyzing call data to identify trends, provide KPI insights and reporting to management and clients, mentor Program Performance Specialists, and collaborate with Education/Development teams to drive performance improvements; responsibilities include designing and delivering reports from historical data and supporting cross-department information exchange.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 5+ years’ experience with call center processes, analytics and reporting
  • Client relationship experience required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to drive change and influence stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
  • US citizenship or permanent residency required
