Program Participant

Develop networks and job leads, create resumes, and practice interviewing skills through Job Readiness Training. Complete vocational evaluations to identify strengths and skills, then engage in paid or unpaid work training and classroom instruction to build employable habits. Receive assistance with job development, search, matching, placement, coaching, and retention supports. Work alongside an assigned case manager throughout the process. Participate in services designed to overcome employment barriers and advance families.
