Job Summary
Greet and direct participants, partners, and guests professionally while communicating program offerings, enrollment steps, and eligibility requirements. Conduct initial participant intake, coordinate assessment scheduling, and follow up on incomplete applications or documentation needs. Perform accurate data entry and maintenance in ETO, Excel, and other tracking systems, including data cleanup and report generation. Schedule orientations, classes, and meetings as assigned, and provide event logistics support for registration and attendance tracking. Maintain partner and contact lists, support outreach coordination, and assist with special projects. Report to the Statewide Director and collaborate with regional Program and Outreach Managers to ensure high-quality customer service. Maintain strict confidentiality of participant files and agency records. This role requires working up to 40 hours per week, including some evenings and Saturdays, with a background check and ability to travel within Wisconsin. The Neenah office is the designated home office.
Required Qualifications

- Physical requirements include regular computer work, occasional standing and walking, lifting of office materials under 20 pounds, mobility within office and training environments, and reliable transportation
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel) and the ability to learn new databases and systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a diverse, multidisciplinary, and dynamic team environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and identify opportunities for improved efficiency
Desired Qualifications
- General knowledge of workforce development and/or experience supporting youth or adult training programs preferred
- Knowledge of the construction industry and Wisconsin Apprenticeship system preferred
- Some college coursework preferred but not required
- Familiarity with federal and state workforce programs (e.g., WIOA, FSET, DOL/DWD programs) preferred
