Job Summary

Coordinate and support clinical training rotations, research rotations, and visiting medical students across multiple sites including WWAMI, VA, and Kaiser Permanente. Independently manage day-to-day operations of the clerkship program, ensuring regulatory compliance and processing applications, appointments, and visas for international visitors. Administer student evaluations, extract data for dissemination, and manage grading processes within E*Value and VSAS systems. Manage up to 10 fellows through recruitment, interview logistics, onboarding, and offboarding while maintaining program accreditation with AUPO and FCC. Support residency rotations and coordinate educational events such as Resident Alumni Day and the WISH Lab. Work collaboratively with Program Directors, faculty, and the Registrar's Office to ensure smooth program delivery.
