Job Summary
Manage the coordination and execution of program schedules for Returns and Repairs across Global Supply Chain, Subcontracts, and Engineering. Drive accountability and mitigate risks within the Advanced Electronics Subassembly value stream to reduce Repair Turn Around Time while supporting customer commitments for 19 allied nations. Collaborate with Manufacturing Work Centers and functional partners to ensure successful delivery of end items. Requires active Secret clearance and 8+ years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. government issued security clearance
- U.S. citizenship
- University Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 8 years prior relevant experience
- Advanced Degree in a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Leadership experience supporting cross-functional teams
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance
- U.S. citizenship
- Onsite work location
- 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD salary range
Desired Qualifications
- Understanding of manufacturing tool sets and how to leverage information from material receipt through DD250 within a defense contracting organization
- Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) / Material Resource Planning (MRP) systems, including but not limited to SAP, Kinaxis, PRISM/CMES
- Previous manufacturing process experience
- EVMS L2 Certification or ability to learn
- CORE/Six Sigma experience
