Job Summary
Program Operations Manager for Patriot R&R supporting the Global Patriot Product Line in Andover, MA. Responsible for coordinating and executing program schedules across Global Supply Chain Management, Subcontracts, Engineering, and other functional areas to support Returns and Repairs and delivery of end items to 19 ally countries. Drives reduction of Repair Turn Around Time, ensures actions are in place to meet customer commitments, and escalates across cross-functional teams. Requires university degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years (or advanced degree with 5+ years), active DoD security clearance on day 1, U.S. citizenship, and experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Kinaxis, PRISM/CMES), manufacturing process knowledge, EVMS L2, CORE/Six Sigma. Onsite role with no relocation assistance offered; salary range $107,500–$204,500. Benefits and compensation details provided; U.S.-based role with potential interview steps conducted on-site.
Required Qualifications
- A University Degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 8 years prior relevant experience (or 5 years with Advanced Degree)
- Leadership experience
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance
