Job Summary

Coordinate program and operations across data systems, events, and fellowship recruitment for the Business & Society Program. Responsibilities include managing Airtable data and CRM records, supporting end-to-end event logistics (including NYC dinners, summits, and fellowship seminars), processing invoices and vendor payments, handling inquiries, coordinating with internal teams (legal, IT, office services, accounting), and contributing to process improvements. The role covers participant tracking (Fellows, nominees, alumni), logistics for travel and A/V at events, materials production (handouts, signage, nametags), and supporting recruitment onboarding and communications. Requires strong organizational, writing, and editing skills, familiarity with digital tools (Microsoft Office) and platforms like Airtable, Cvent, Salesforce, SurveyMonkey, and related systems, plus the ability to work 2-3 days per week in the office with some evenings/weekends as needed. Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of relevant experience are required, with a strong interest in operational and systems work that keeps programs running smoothly.
