Job Summary
Program Operations Coordinator will support the polling images program by overseeing quality control, maintaining workflows, conducting research, and collaborating with internal stakeholders and election offices to ensure successful program implementation. Responsibilities include leading day-to-day project management, managing data sourcing and quality, overseeing the QC team of part-time staff, and generating learnings and presentations. Requires data-driven mindset, strong organizational skills, experience with Asana/Slack/Google Suite, and alignment with Movement Labs' progressive mission. Temporary role for the 2026 election cycle, fully remote in the United States, with a compensation package around $71,875–$81,875 annualized.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in project management in progressive politics, non-profits, program execution or equivalent (internships welcome)
- Degree in political science or equivalent and/or familiarity with election administration
