Program & Operations Coordinator

Coordinate and manage programs to improve patient and community access and utilization of clinical and supportive services; support development, implementation, and evaluation of programmatic services addressing social determinants of health; collaborate with the Chief Operating Officer, Clinical Operations Leadership, Center Directors, Contact Center Leadership, and external partners; plan, execute, and supervise data analysis across financial, labor productivity, and operational data to support leadership decisions; create and administer training content on process improvement tools; monitor performance metrics and contribute to reports, presentations, and publications to share best practices; coordinate meetings and minutes with external partners.
