Job Summary
Design and execute philanthropic strategies aligned to the firm's business objectives in the South U.S., developing and managing a grant portfolio while establishing external relationships with government, philanthropic, and nonprofit leaders. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to advance priorities in jobs, skills, small business, financial health, and affordable housing. Lead engagement with JPMorganChase stakeholders including line of business leaders, Market Leadership Teams, and cross-CR partners to drive firmwide collaboration and communicate CR initiatives. Manage grant programs end-to-end from concept design through execution, providing robust budget management and monitoring grant progress to shape future strategy.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant work experience in program development, implementation, strategy, and/or policy in nonprofit, corporate, and/or government environment
- Passion for Global Philanthropy's mission
- deep knowledge of and experience in economic inclusion
