Program Nurse Manager - Care Collaborative

The role oversees the OB simulation program lifecycle, tracks KPIs and ROI, builds collaboration with external partners, and travels to participating sites to conduct training and follow-up. Requires driving clinical best practices, educating staff, and coordinating with rural hospitals and emergency teams to improve patient outcomes.
