Job Summary
Lead statewide clinical leadership for a network of healthcare organizations focusing on OB simulation training, maternal and neonatal safety, quality improvement, and regulatory readiness. Responsibilities include developing and delivering training modules and clinical guidelines, providing consultation and feedback to hospitals, collecting and analyzing data, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with local, county, state, and federal regulations. The role oversees the OB simulation program lifecycle, tracks KPIs and ROI, builds collaboration with external partners, and travels to participating sites to conduct training and follow-up. Requires driving clinical best practices, educating staff, and coordinating with rural hospitals and emergency teams to improve patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Kansas
- Active nursing license in state
- Ability to travel within Kansas (local to Kansas)
