Program Nurse LVN

Assess clients, monitor medication self-administration, and coordinate admissions with the Admissions Department. Deliver quality care through observation, communication with physicians, and infection control adherence. Provide detox assessments, develop treatment plans, and lead CD education groups. Coordinate emergency medical care, lab work with venipuncture, and medical appointments. Ensure documentation meets regulatory standards and report departmental activities to nursing leadership. Serve as house supervisor when other staff are absent. Maintain compliance with TRS policies and state accreditation standards.
