Job Summary
Monitors the program and residents to ensure safety during assigned hours, responds to crises and emergencies, conducts breathalyzer and toxicology screening as needed, inputs data into the agency database, participates in trainings and committee activities, observes confidentiality and trauma-informed care principles, and ensures compliance with HIPAA, Medicaid, HUD, and related regulations; performs additional duties as assigned and supports in implementing agency policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalency diploma
- A valid NYS driver’s license may be required depending on the assigned program and shift.
