Job Summary
Program Monitor (Full-time, second shift) at CRJ’s McGrath House in Boston, MA. Responsibilities include front desk duties (sign residents in/out, answer calls, greet visitors, conduct telephone spot checks, and document in SecurManage), security/accountability tasks (life/safety rounds, bed checks, bag/pat/room searches, and documentation in SecurManage), and administering urine samples and alco-sensor tests with documentation in SecurManage. Serves as a pro-social role model to residents, responds to concerns, and participates in required trainings and meetings. Requires High School Diploma or GED; Associate’s degree preferred but not required; 1-2 years of security experience preferred but not required; pre-employment background check. Hourly rate starting at $18-$20 with shift differential; 40 hours/week; schedules include Sunday-Thursday 3pm-11pm or Tuesday-Saturday 3pm-11pm; in-person location at Boston, MA (McGrath House). Schedule and benefits eligible.”,
