Job Summary
Coordinate and conduct 3-5 site reviews weekly to ensure compliance, quality, and proper service at meal sites. Visit locations regularly to collect documentation, provide onsite technical assistance, and review paperwork for accuracy. Maintain accurate program records, prepare spreadsheets and reports, and identify compliance risks to correct issues proactively. Engage directly with youth through outreach events and nutrition education sessions while mentoring staff across diverse locations. Collaborate with site staff and partner agencies to support enrollment stages and expand digital point-of-service implementation. Available for occasional evenings and weekends for deadlines or community outreach. Requires a valid Florida driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- some post-secondary coursework in social work, nutrition or youth services
- work experience in a related field
- Associate's degree preferred
- Administrative and customer service experience
- Valid Florida Driver's License
