Job Summary

Lead and supervise staff who support Maine JobLink and Foreign Labor Programs. Ensure programs follow applicable state and federal laws, regulations, policies, and procedures. Analyze program data to track performance, identify trends, and support decision-making. Develop and update policies, procedures, and guidance to ensure consistent program operations. Train, coach, and support staff to build skills and provide excellent customer service. Oversee daily operations and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service delivery. Ensure job orders and recruitment activities are accurate, compliant, and meet quality standards. Provide guidance and technical assistance on program requirements, processes, and compliance. Proficiency with computer systems and software for data, reporting, and program management, including the full suite of Microsoft 365. Preferred qualifications emphasize leadership, regulatory knowledge, data-informed problem solving, and strong communication skills.

Required Qualifications

  • Eight year combination of education and/or experience in developing and administering employment and training programs
