Job Summary
Conduct case management for young adults ages 17-21 preparing for community transition by developing money management skills, securing employment, and teaching daily living abilities. Supervise life skills coaches and support staff through performance evaluations, scheduling, and disciplinary matters. Act as a positive role model to foster social effectiveness and observe individual strengths in leisure, socialization, and physical condition to plan activities meeting each resident's transitional living plan. Requires a Bachelor's degree with five years of case management experience or a Master's/Doctorate in social work with three to four years of casework experience. Full-time role with a $3,000 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Five years of experience in providing case management services to children and families
- Doctorate or master's degree in a field related to social work such as sociology, psychology, special education, or counseling
- At least four years of experience in providing casework services to children and families in a child-placing agency
- Doctorate or master's degree in social work from a college or university accredited by the Council on Social Work Education
- Three years of experience in providing casework services to children and families
- Full-time employment
- Drug-free workplace requirement
