Program Manager, Workforce Safety Reporting

Job Summary
Lead and advance UW Health's workforce safety program through data-driven strategies that reduce employee injury risk and strengthen a culture of safety. Partner with organizational leaders to identify trends, implement safety improvements, and drive meaningful outcomes for workforce well-being. Serve as the organizational expert for workforce safety reporting systems, analytics, ergonomic programs, and injury prevention initiatives. Transform safety data into actionable insights, education, and system-wide improvements that support team members across UW Health. This full-time, 100% FTE hybrid position operates Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional hours outside that timeframe based on operational needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 3 years of relevant experience in occupational health, injury prevention, safety programs, program management, or related work
Desired Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Occupational, Physical Therapy, Nursing, Health Administration, or related field
- 3 years of experience analyzing data and identifying improvement opportunities
- 5 years of relevant experience in project/program management, healthcare operations, or workforce safety
- Experience using incident/event reporting systems
- Experience working within a healthcare system
- Certification with the American Occupational Therapy Certification Board or Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Wisconsin or RN with Certification in Occupational Health (Certified Occupational Health Nurse)
