Job Summary
Manage technical and operational functions for assigned offices, including compliance with company standards, state regulations, and client service requirements. Establish policies, procedures, and business plans to ensure consistent delivery of quality claims management services. Monitor performance reports, coordinate sales and client service efforts, and oversee staffing, training, and performance development for 25-49 colleagues. Prepare budgets and profit and loss statements while supporting the organization's quality programs. Requires eight years of claims management experience with two years in supervision, a baccalaureate degree preferred, and California claims experience. Hybrid schedule in El Dorado Hills, CA, with a starting salary range of $95k-$120k.
Required Qualifications
- Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university
- Licenses as required
- Eight (8) years claims management experience
- Two (2) years supervisory experience
- Equivalent combination of experience and education
- California claims experience
- Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills
- PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
