Program Manager - Whistleblower Protection and Competition Compliance

Job Summary
Implement and maintain the whistleblower protection framework while ensuring alignment with legislative obligations and organizational standards. Oversee the receipt, assessment, management, and reporting of whistleblower disclosures, maintaining confidentiality throughout. Serve as the Competition Compliance Officer, supporting the design, implementation, monitoring, and enhancement of the Competition Law Compliance Program. Monitor emerging regulatory requirements and industry developments to provide guidance and recommendations to stakeholders. Develop and deliver training initiatives that promote compliance awareness. Prepare high-quality reporting and insights for senior leadership, executive committees, and Board governance forums. This role offers flexibility and may be undertaken on a full-time or part-time basis (3, 4, or 5 days per week).
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in compliance, governance, legal, risk or regulatory roles within a complex corporate environment
- Strong understanding of whistleblower protection obligations, compliance frameworks and regulatory governance practices
- Experience implementing, managing or enhancing compliance programs, investigations frameworks or risk management initiatives
- Ability to interpret legislation, assess risk and translate regulatory requirements into practical business outcomes
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships across all levels of an organisation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing reports and presentations for executive and Board-level audiences
- High levels of integrity, discretion and sound judgement, with a commitment to ethical decision-making and continuous improvement
- Relevant qualifications in Law, Governance, Risk, Compliance or a related discipline
