Job Summary
Program Manager for West Side Children’s Counseling (Full Time) overseeing a children’s outpatient counseling center in Jersey City, NJ. Provides managerial and clinical supervision to staff, ensures contractual obligations and productivity, completes state and internal reports, manages the program budget, and promotes clinical best practices. Oversees day-to-day operations, data management, staff hiring/supervision, and coordination with the program psychiatrist and other divisions. Develops policies/procedures, runs weekly clinical team meetings, interfaces with the NJ licensing framework and state CSOC as needed, and may provide clinical assessments. Schedule varies; location is Jersey City. Requires an MSW/LCSW and 2+ years of clinical experience with children/adolescents and their families; driver’s license is required. Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in related field
