Job Summary
Manage the task order as the single point of contact for the Contracting Officer and COR, ensuring technical solutions and schedules are implemented on time using benchmarking and program metrics. Coordinate task schedules to align deliverables with customer objectives and the statement of work, while ensuring compliance with terms and financial obligations through ongoing reporting and analysis. Provide monthly progress reports within five business days and respond to technical problem resolution requests within three hours of notification. Available via telephone Monday through Friday between 0800 and 1630 EST. This full-time opportunity supports the U.S. Coast Guard Civilian Human Resources Office as automation efforts increase workload across personnel programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Two years of progressive project leadership and management experience in the field of human resources
- Associate's degree
- Five years of progressive project leadership and management experience in the field of human resources
- Eligible to obtain a Common Access Card via the MP ICAM process and NBIS background investigation
- Must be a US Citizen
- Employment Classification Eligibility – W2
- Access to Department of Justice facilities and systems
- Favorable adjudication from a federal government background investigation
- Occasionally required to reach overhead, bend, and lift objects of up to 10 lbs
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include the use of computer monitor screens up to 80% of the time
