Job Summary
The Program Manager for Water & Wastewater will oversee a portfolio of water and wastewater infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with project delivery and capital planning priorities. Responsibilities include guiding Project Managers, monitoring project performance, maintaining program controls, and ensuring compliance with engineering standards and regulatory requirements. Candidates should have over 10 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, particularly in linear infrastructure, as well as strong stakeholder management skills.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience delivering large-scale water, wastewater, or municipal infrastructure projects
- Background working on linear infrastructure such as trunk sewers, water mains, or major utility corridors
- Experience working with municipal or utility clients, ideally in an owner-side environment
- Demonstrated ability to support and guide Project Managers within complex infrastructure programs
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership experience within infrastructure delivery environments
