Job Summary
Organize, plan, and direct program schedules and budgets while tracking metrics to drive action items. Oversee interdepartmental activities to ensure adherence to product development timelines, delivery, quality, and business metrics. Manage product life cycle coordination with P&L and customer satisfaction, acting as the key escalation channel for customer issues. Establish work plans and staffing for each program phase, including recruitment and resource allocation. Maintain excellent relations with new and existing customers, resolve program proposals regarding funding and staffing, and hold production sites accountable for projects, costs, and customer matters.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years' manufacturing industry experience in program administration/management of Fortune 50 automotive manufacturing programs
- Product launch experience
- Advanced operations, technical and people and/or process skills
- Customer (external and internal) relationship skills
- Knowledge of multiple functional technologies/ processes, industries or functions and understanding of interdependencies of such processes at the site
- Accountability for the program wellness
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal and organizational skills
