Job Summary
Lead full program lifecycle for end-to-end delivery of complex rail signaling and systems integration programs across North America, including commercial, technical, and contractual performance; manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver integrated signaling systems (CBTC/ATC/PTC, Wayside and onboard systems, SCADA, dispatch) within contractual, regulatory, and safety standards; drive program delivery, forecasting, risk management, and cash flow targets while coordinating interfaces, change orders, and customer negotiations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in Project/ Program Management
- 5+ years managing multi-year, complex regulated projects/programs
