Job Summary
Program Manager responsible for end-to-end delivery of complex rail signaling and systems integration programs across North America within the Wabtec Digital Intelligence – Signaling & Systems. Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate stakeholders to ensure program delivery on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with contractual, regulatory, and safety requirements. Manage full contract performance including scope, change orders, cost, and risk; drive systems integration across CBTC/PTC/ATC, SCADA, and related interfaces; engage with transit agencies and consortium partners; maintain earned value and forecast cash flow; lead program reviews and executive communications; relocate assistance may be provided if eligible.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in Project/ Program Management
- 5+ years managing multi-year, complex regulated projects/programs
