Job Summary
Program Manager responsible for end-to-end delivery of complex rail signaling and systems integration programs across North America within the Wabtec Digital Intelligence – Signaling & Systems (S&S) P&L. Lead cross-functional teams, coordinate internal and external stakeholders (customers, primes, subcontractors, and suppliers) to deliver fully integrated rail systems in compliance with contractual, regulatory, and safety requirements. Manage commercial, technical, and contractual performance of multi-year programs including CBTC/ATC/PTC, communications, SCADA, and multi-system integration. Own full contract performance: scope management, change orders, cost, revenue, and margin; proactively identify and mitigate technical and commercial risks; lead program reviews, Earned Value, forecasting, and governance. Relocation assistance may be provided if eligibility requirements are met. Our job titles may span multiple career levels; salary ranges currently $120,000-$150,000 with potential bonus and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in Project/ Program Management
- 5+ years managing multi-year, complex regulated projects/programs
