Program Manager

Program Manager for end-to-end delivery of complex rail signaling and systems integration programs across North America within the Wabtec Digital Intelligence – Signaling & Systems. Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate internal and external stakeholders (customers, primes, subcontractors, and suppliers) to deliver fully integrated rail systems in compliance with contractual, regulatory, and safety requirements. Responsibilities include program delivery and execution (bid support through closeout), managing scope, schedule, budget, and cash targets; leading System Integration of CBTC/ATC/PTC, Wayside and onboard systems, and associated communications (radio, fiber, network); overseeing contract management, change orders, earned value, forecasting, and risk & opportunity management; maintaining governance with customers, consortiums, and subcontractors; building strong customer relationships and delivering high-quality executive reporting. Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, PM, or related field and 5+ years in program management with experience in multi-year, complex regulated projects; preferred experience in rail signaling, matrix organizations, program planning tools, capacity planning, cost control, and working with transit/public sector clients.
