Job Summary
Program Manager responsible for end-to-end delivery of complex rail signaling and systems integration programs across North America within Wabtec Digital Intelligence – Signaling & Systems. Lead cross-functional teams, manage commercial/technical/contractual performance, coordinate with customers, primes, subcontractors and suppliers. Key duties include program delivery across full lifecycle (bid support to closeout), supervising signal systems architectures (CBTC/ATC/PTC), SCADA, OCC, dispatch systems, interfaces (ICDs), and cross-system integration; contract management, change orders, earned value, forecasting, risk management, and executive reporting. Relocation assistance may be provided if eligibility requirements are met. Salary range currently $120,000–$150,000; benefits include health, welfare, and retirement; bonus may be offered. Relocation and additional benefits subject to company policies. The role requires collaboration within a matrix organization, leadership of multi-disciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with contractual, regulatory, and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in Project/ Program Management
- 5+ years managing multi-year, complex regulated projects/programs
