Job Summary
Program Manager responsible for leading and coordinating product and services initiatives across internal and external teams. Drive planning, organization, and follow-up of work streams, create and maintain dashboards and management materials, conduct productive work meetings, and remove impediments to meet deadlines. Act as the product reference for internal and external stakeholders, align priorities with product strategy, and ensure delivery of features and enhancements. Requires strong strategic thinking, excellent communication and leadership, and a solid analytical mindset to balance business value with delivery risks. The role involves managing sprints and releases, prioritizing backlog items (stories and epics), and collaborating with OTA, telecom, or automotive-domain projects where relevant. Travel to Resende/RJ and São Paulo/SP is expected in a hybrid setup. English is required and German is desirable.”,
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in product development
- strong knowledge of Agile methodologies including SAFe
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- excellent communication and leadership skills
- ability to manage multiple stakeholders with competing priorities
- fluency in English; German desirable
- experience with product planning, functional specifications, and roadmap execution
- experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners
- ability to plan, track, and deliver sprints and releases
- experience with dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting
