Job Summary

Oversee program area portfolios in Transportation, Climate & Energy, and Municipal Engagement, developing annual budgets from complex braided funding and managing staff including project managers and coordinators. Apply systems thinking to program design, supervise ongoing assessment and evaluation, and conduct hands-on project work while incorporating partner and community input into delivery. Collaborate on cross-cutting initiatives, advocate for program needs with directors, and identify strategic funding opportunities through donor meetings and grant proposals. Represent the organization in regional networks and steer sustainability for evolving grant-funded portfolios.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4 or more years of relevant experience
  • Comparable combination of relevant education and experience
  • Personal transportation
  • Willingness to work occasional nights and weekends
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to prioritize workloads across multiple projects
  • Ability to apply time management best practices
  • Ability to operate successfully in a relationship-based culture
  • Clear verbal and written communication
  • Ability to explain complex concepts for a variety of audiences
