Job Summary
Manage a subset of retailer programs within North America and LATAM by leading the creation of direct and indirect purchase orders. Maintain active purchase order and ongoing financial reporting with the Sr. Program Manager, while independently handling invoice and audit requirements with Accounts Payable and Fixed Assets. Prepare monthly accrual lists for Fixed Assets and manage tracking reports. This role requires 3+ years of managing cross-functional teams, with SAP knowledge a plus. Candidates must possess excellent Microsoft Office suite skills, specifically in Excel and PowerPoint, and thrive in a tight, fast-paced environment. The position is full-time and offers competitive compensation including a performance bonus and equity.
