Job Summary
Manage one or more programs by contributing to development, design, and implementation while supervising all operational aspects, formulating budgets, and defining scope. Directly supervise project staff regarding personnel administration, recruitment, evaluations, and training; oversee the project work plan, fiscal accounting, and budget revisions. Schedule staff meetings, facilitate internal and external reporting, and oversee program evaluations. Prepare training curricula, develop promotional materials, and participate in grant writing. Report unusual incidents to administration. Requires a Bachelor's degree in public health, experience managing grants, and bilingual English/Spanish skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in public health or related field
- Experience managing grants
- Knowledge/interest/experience in outreach and migrant health
- Valid California driver's license
- Current vehicle insurance
