Job Summary
Program Manager leading cross-functional capital projects and technical programs in regulated manufacturing environments. Responsibilities include developing integrated project plans, budgets, and resource strategies; coordinating activities across Engineering, CQV, Manufacturing, and Quality; monitoring milestones and risks; facilitating cross-functional governance and executive presentations; translating complex technical information into business-focused updates; building relationships with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and site leadership; and ensuring safety, quality, GMP, and regulatory compliance. Requires cross-functional leadership, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to drive program delivery in fast-paced settings. Preferred PMP or equivalent project management experience; familiarity with CQV and regulated manufacturing operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor�s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or related technical field
- Experience managing projects or programs within pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or other regulated industries
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and cross-functional execution
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder environments effectively
- Strong organizational, facilitation, and decision-making abilities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and composure
