Job Summary
Program Manager responsible for leading cross-functional capital projects and regulatory-compliant programs in regulated manufacturing environments, with duties spanning project planning, stakeholder alignment, risk management, governance, and executive communication. Coordinates across Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, CQV, Supply Chain, EHS, Procurement, and external partners to ensure safe, compliant, on-time, within-budget delivery; emphasizes leadership, cross-functional collaboration, issue resolution, governance dashboards, and mentoring junior staff.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or related technical field
- Experience managing projects or programs within pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or other regulated industries
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and cross-functional execution
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder environments effectively
- Strong organizational, facilitation, and decision-making abilities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and composure
- PMP certification or equivalent project management training (preferred)
- Experience supporting capital projects, facility expansions, or startup initiatives (preferred)
- Familiarity with CQV, GMP manufacturing operations, or regulated project environments (preferred)
- Experience interacting with senior leadership and executive stakeholders (preferred)
- Experience managing external vendors, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams (preferred)
