Job Summary
Understand and refine customer expectations into specific deliverables while managing cross-functional program teams and communicating requirements to functional and business management. Conduct regular internal and customer program reviews to assess status, separate business issues from normal processes, and ensure appropriate projects address program problems. Actively identify and win new business from existing customers while maintaining acceptable profitability levels and minimizing program risks. Maintain adequate technical depth and managerial skills to address customer issues and resource priorities, ensuring engagement with Vanguard management.

- Master's Degree in Business or other related field
- Two years' experience working directly for an Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider, a PCB fabrication supplier, electronic component distributor or similar
