Program Manager

Manage program operations and administrative functions including planning, scheduling, evaluation, policy implementation, and budget development. Directly supervise staff by making hiring, promotional, and salary decisions while providing performance appraisals and disciplinary actions. Develop curricula, coordinate faculty recruitment, and link programs with relevant departments. Conduct quality assurance reviews, establish operating policies, and manage automated systems to facilitate program delivery. Identify fundraising opportunities and write grants to secure funding from private and public sources. Reports to the Professor and Associate Dean of Dental Public Health and Community Outreach at the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC. This role contributes to strategic planning and program content design within the Dental Public Health and Community Outreach department.
