Program Manager

Direct, coordinate, and exercise functional authority for planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of customer programs within your assigned responsibility. Gather necessary information to initiate and complete programs, while managing financial interfaces with customers including quote reviews and variance charges. Coordinate customer interactions, approvals for design and feasibility, and facilitate job-kick off meetings and progress review meetings. Attend trials at customer and internal sites, participate in internal reviews, and document issues using the open issues matrix. Maintain strong relationships with customers and facilitate the transfer of information and materials across departments. Requires minimum five years in program management specific to plastic injection molding, PMP preferred, with less than 10% travel.
