Job Summary
Program Manager to lead a cross-functional team in the design, manufacturing and assembly of ride and show systems for the Entertainment Systems group. You will be the central point of contact for the customer, manage the program plan across initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and closing phases, and ensure adherence to customer specifications and contract deliverables within the Rochester Hills, MI facility. Responsibilities include coordinating scope, schedule, budget and resources; communicating program status to senior management; reviewing contracts and supporting proposal development; tracking milestones and ensuring timely deliverables; identifying and mitigating risks; and managing the program budget and invoicing per contract schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant technical field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience leading, developing, and reporting program critical elements to various stakeholders including senior management, internal teams, and customers
- 3-5 years of product development experience in a technical area or related field
- Leadership and communication skills in leading cross-functional teams and ability to influence and motivate team members
- Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
