Job Summary
Serve as the primary liaison with HSI, NTC-I, HSTFs, and other client leadership, overseeing project execution, scope, and schedules for an advanced analytics program. Manage performance, quality control, and risk across the data analytics team while coordinating deliverables and reporting among Data SMEs, Senior Analysts, and visualization developers. Facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration between analytic, investigative, and operational teams to streamline the investigative cycle and enhance mission outcomes. Support resource planning, staffing, and continuous improvement of analytic processes and workflows. Requires 8–12 years of progressive experience in program management, preferably supporting federal agencies or national security programs, with a Bachelor's degree and ability to obtain clearance. Some travel is required, and the role involves extended hours in a routine office environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8–12 years of progressive experience in program or project management
- Experience supporting federal agencies, law-enforcement, or national security programs
- Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary analytic or technical teams in a complex, mission-critical environment
- Strong understanding of data analytics, BI/visualization, or investigative support programs
- Proven track record in stakeholder engagement, status reporting, and executive-level communication
- Experience with standard project management methodologies, tools, and performance metrics
- Ability to balance strategic priorities with day-to-day operational demands in a high-tempo environment
- Bachelor's Degree
- Ability to obtain and maintain a clearance
- Some travel
- Ability to lift up to ten (10) pounds
- Flexible in working extended hours
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred field of study in Business Administration, Public Administration, Information Systems, Operations Management, or related field of study
- MBA/Master's Degree in a relevant field of study
- Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP, Agile certifications)
