Job Summary

Serve as the primary customer interface for assigned electronics manufacturing programs, managing account execution, revenue performance, order intake, and profitability. Lead the Customer Focused Team to resolve issues, drive opportunities, and execute pricing and scheduling plans while maintaining full financial responsibility for gross margin and cost-reduction initiatives. Conduct regular internal and external business reviews to maintain alignment, cultivate new expansion opportunities, and limit liability through strict contract and inventory management. Provide leadership updates on account status, risks, and forward-looking outlooks to TT Electronics leadership, traveling 10-20% to customer sites as required. Maintain accurate Salesforce CRM data and support Global Account Managers in preparing quarterly and annual business plans.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or two to four years' related experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, databases, Salesforce, ERP and other business systems
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
  • This position is an onsite role in our Perry, Ohio location
  • Travel 10-20%

  • Must consistently maintain a professional and positive image in all situations while exercising sound judgment
  • Ability to read and analyze periodicals, business reports, correspondence, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to write clear and professional reports, business correspondence, and procedural documentation
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, customers, team members, and the public
  • Must demonstrate strong grammar, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages
  • Ability to collect and analyze data, solve practical problems, and work effectively with a variety of concrete variables in situations where limited standardization exists
  • Ability to interpret instructions presented in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
  • Proficiency with standard office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, slide‐presentation tools, internet browsers, email platforms, and business‐systems software
  • Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
  • Specific vision abilities required include the ability to adjust focus
  • The employee must be able to self‐supervise and manage time effectively to meet company expectations
  • The employee may be required to work from a home office and must ensure that the workspace is appropriately equipped to support a professional, distraction‐free environment
