Job Summary
The Program Manager will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, contracts, business development, and operations to ensure programs are running within scope and schedule. Responsibilities include overseeing multiple programs with a focus on budgeting, contracts, scheduling, and risk management. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and a strong background in managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders. A TS/SCI clearance and significant experience in Program Management are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI U.S. Government Security Clearance
- 10+ years of total experience
- 5+ years of direct experience in Program Management
- Strong leadership skills and business acumen
- Successful capture and business experience
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Demonstrated ability to organize and motivate individuals
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Firm Fixed Price, Cost Plus and Time and Materials contracts
- Experience leading Agile software programs and/or projects
- Experience with EVM (Earned Value Management)
- Experience as a supervisor or manager of a software team
- Experience managing and directing sub-contractors and/or vendors
- Program Management Professional (PMP) certified
