Job Summary
Program Manager at SharkNinja overseeing the full New Product Development process from concept to shelf for Shark and Ninja brands. Partners cross-functionally to drive product ideation through end-of-life, ensuring timely execution, risk mitigation, and high-quality delivery. Applies KPI-driven decision making, coordinates go-to-market strategies, manages scope, cost, and schedule, and communicates across global teams and senior leadership. Requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical/engineering or business field, 3-4+ years of program management experience, strong cross-functional leadership, and proficiency with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio to drive fast, organized product development and market success.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in technical/engineering or business management
- 3-4+ years direct Program management experience
- Experience in new product development or program management (Consumer Goods industry strongly preferred)
- Assertive, confident, capable
- Excellent written, verbal and communication skills; experienced addressing executive audiences
- Cross-functional leadership skills
- Proficient with MS Project (or similar), Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
- Detail oriented
- High energy and positive attitude
- Presentation skills; comfortable presenting to large groups including executive management
