Program Manager, Transitional Living

Job Summary
Provide supervision and oversight of Transitional Living Support Staff and facility, including training, scheduling, and professional development. Organize program aspects like assessments, intakes, and crisis management while admitting new clients and coordinating services such as transportation and escorts. Deliver client services to assist individuals in achieving self-sufficiency and secure appropriate resources. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual program reports for agency and funding sources. Adhere to all agency policies, contracts, and budgets while collaborating with the management team to develop long-term goals. This full-time, five-day position requires weekend coverage and includes Saturday and Sunday shifts plus three days Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrate a passion for the mission of Catholic Charities
- Must be willing to perform by the agency's values: love, patience, kindness, faithfulness, self-control and joy
- Must complete VIRTUS training, background screening, drug testing, and any ongoing training as required
- A minimum of two years of experience in management and/or team lead in social services
- A minimum of 1 year case management
- Experience with homeless populations and local social service agencies
- Ability to work effectively in an environment that is very diverse
- Ability to work in collaborations with a team
- Conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrate excellent judgement during high pressure/crisis situations
- Ability to prioritize and be flexible in an ever-changing environment with a positive attitude
- Must possess a valid Kansas or Missouri Driver's license
- Dependable transportation
- Current vehicle insurance
- A verified safe driving record
- Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds
- Must have the physical ability and appropriate licensure for driving

- Must be available for Saturday & Sunday, plus 3 days Monday – Friday
