Job Summary
Lead end-to-end program management for large-scale mortgage servicing and enterprise projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. Oversee cross-functional teams and stakeholders to coordinate activities, manage dependencies, and resolve escalations. Develop comprehensive program plans, budgets, timelines, and performance metrics while monitoring program health, tracking KPIs, and providing status reporting to senior leadership. Manage resource allocation, risk mitigation, and scope changes across multiple concurrent initiatives, applying enterprise project management methodologies to optimize operational efficiency. Requires 8–12 years of experience in mortgage banking or financial services with advanced proficiency in enterprise project management tools.
Required Qualifications
- 8–12 years of program and project management experience, with demonstrated success in mortgage banking or financial services
- Proven expertise managing large, complex enterprise-level projects and multi-workstream programs
- Strong knowledge of mortgage servicing operations, processes, and industry requirements
- Advanced proficiency in enterprise project management tools and frameworks
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Finance, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
