Job Summary
Lead a cross-functional remediation and data enablement program, owning end-to-end delivery, integrated roadmaps, governance materials, and stakeholder updates. Collaborate with the CDSO/Data Office, Operations, reporting teams, and AI/data science partners to align priorities, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure timely execution. Drive process optimization, change management, and business readiness across operational teams; facilitate governance forums and provide concise, senior leader updates on progress, risks, and decisions. Ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with enterprise requirements, with strong emphasis on governance, delivery discipline, budgeting, and resource management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree minimum
- Minimum 7 years of program/project management experience in operations or service delivery, preferably in health, dental, or insurance domains
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) and tools (Jira, Smartsheet)
