Program Manager

Lead planning, coordination, and execution of BSA programming with a focus on university initiatives and professional sports partnerships. Manage cross-functional operations, partner engagement, and event execution across high-profile programs and strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include developing project plans, timelines, budgets, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, identifying operational challenges and implementing scalable solutions, managing speaker and talent engagements, maintaining partner relationships with universities and sports organizations, planning activations and run-of-show materials, coordinating with marketing for promotions, developing scalable engagement processes, maintaining Salesforce records and reporting workflows, and handling special projects with attention to privacy and data regulations (HIPAA-related considerations mentioned). Requires strong organizational and communication skills, ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and drive projects forward independently; familiarity with Salesforce preferred; interest or experience in sports is a plus.
