Job Summary
Project Manager in TELUS Digital's SPRE (Service Performance & Reliability Engineering) team focused on optimizing service reliability and customer experience. Drives strategic alignment with the reliability plan, manages deliverables with competing priorities and risks, maintains clear reporting to leadership, and champions continuous improvement to automate tasks and enhance team effectiveness. Collaborates with business analysts and technology experts to drive innovation, balance financial outcomes with customer experience, and lead cross-functional programs in an Agile environment. Requires 3+ years of PM experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a university degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or Finance; PMP, MBA, ITIL, and Agile/Scrum Master certifications are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or Finance
- Program and/or Project Management Certification (e.g. PMP)
- MBA (nice-to-have)
- ITIL certification (nice-to-have)
- Agile/Scrum Master certification (nice-to-have)
- 3+ years of Project Management experience in recent roles
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies (sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog grooming)
- Financial management, budgeting, and risk assessment knowledge
